The Association for Rural Community Development (ARCOD) is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to the social, economic, political, and health empowerment of rural communities in Tamil Nadu. Since our inception in 1988, we have been at the forefront of creating sustainable development initiatives that uplift marginalized groups, including Dalits, Adivasis, small farmers, women, and children.
we support educational initiatives that provide quality learning opportunities for children and adolescents.
Conducted 145 sessions for 13,150 students, providing guidance on courses, colleges, and career options.
Life Skills Education provided to 4,265 students, focusing on 10 essential skills as per WHO guidelines.
Organized drawing, essay, and sports competitions in 95 schools, with 955 prizes awarded to 3,828 participants.
