2. Eligibility for Refund

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may grant refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Donations: If you accidentally made multiple donations, we will refund the duplicate amount.
  • Donation Error: If you made a donation in error (e.g., incorrect amount), we will consider refunding the incorrect portion.
  • Other Special Circumstances: In rare cases, we may consider refunds for other special circumstances, at our discretion.

3. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original method of payment within 14 days of approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Donations

The following donations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Donations made more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
  • Donations where a tax receipt has already been issued, except in cases of duplicate or erroneous donations.
  • Donations made as part of a specific fundraising event or campaign where the terms explicitly state that donations are non-refundable.
